lout -Z all > user.pdf

I am on a Win32 platform, and PDF is much easier for me to read, so I am
trying to loutify the user manual, with Uwe's Lout-3.13 binary distro.

I am getting a bunch of "unresolved cross ref..." of course, but also
this:

         internal error: assert failed in

Which is not very helpful. ;=)
