Lout Version 3.14 is now available

Version 3.14 of Lout is now available from my ftp
site:

    ftp://ftp.cs.usyd.edu.au/jeff/lout/lout-3.14.tar.gz

There is also a diff file from 3.13.

The good news is that I've fixed all the bugs that were
notified to me after the release of Version 3.13, including
crashing when formatting the User's Guide in PDF and not
handling very large database index files properly.

The bad news is that I've broken Uwe's locale-specific
collation orders code, and I'm hoping that Uwe will
fix it again, so we have not yet arrived at the stable
version to replace 3.08 that is my current goal.
