double lines in diagrams

You could hack it up by drawing two lines, one with ++ { 0 1 pt }
and another with -- { 0 1 pt }  I hope you get what I mean.  But
it sounds like something that really ought to be added to the @Diag
package, so I'll put it on my list of things to do.
