html2lout

I've updated the html2lout part of xxx2lout - it will now do tables (but 
not nested tables) in a crude and simple way. Some other fixes etc.
Its available at any CPAN site, e.g.
ftp://ftp.orst.edu/pub/packages/CPAN//authors/id/S/SU/SUMMER
(basically any site that has a CPAN directory, just add the
/authors/id/S/SU/SUMMER bit and you'll find it - make sure you get the one 
with the highest version number.)

As a test I downloaded the 16 parts of the O'Reilly book on Open Source and 
did this:
html2lout *.html > test.lt ; lout -s test.lt > test.ps
and got a readable postscript file. Admittedly it had an excess of @LP's 
and some errors but its better than doing it manually.
