Vertically aligned leaders

In the Table of Content all ".." are vertically aligned. I was trying to
get the same thing (for lists or so), but the oversimplified example in the
manuals[1] doesn't work this way; nor I was able to find it out by digging
in dsf; nor I found an already defined function.

I played with @Wide and &1rt and some other promising stuffs, but no way,
something or other didn't work.

How can I get this?
