That colours what is white. What I wanted was that the box framing the
page with
@PageBoxType  { ShadowBox  }
should be some colour other than black.

What I have now done, and it works, is to have
@InitialColour       { darkblue }
in the included style file, and then

black @Colour {

all the text of the document

}

I think it is ugly to have the entire document between curly brackets,
but it works.
