I do it by hand, using multiple @DP   If your questions are in a
list, use @ListNewPage to jump to the top of the next page.

@NumberedList
@ListItem {question 1 @DP @DP @DP @DP @DP @DP}
@ListItem {question 2}
@ListNewPage
@ListItem {etc}
...
@EndList
