On exam questions I believe the space really represents an empty
rectangle into which the student is expected to write their
answer. If you make the rectangle explicit you get something
like this:
@NumberedList
@LI {
Question 1 ...
@LP
@Box 10c @Wide 5c @High
}
@LI {
Question 2
@LP
@Box 10c @Wide 5c @High
}
@EndList
Of course we can abbreviate this a lot, but I'm just showing how
I think a Lout person should analyse this problem. An abbreviated
form would be
@NumberedList
@LI {
Question 1 ...
@LP
5c @High
}
@LI {
Question 2
@LP
5c @High
}
@EndList
