In response to the recent discussion about the ease of use of Lout for
Latin2 users, I have updated the documentation to show explicitly how
to start off a Latin2 document, including setting @InitialFont, and to
recommend that regular users make their own setup file containing the
options they need.

I have also updated the software for the next release so that @F changes
you to a user settable font, not hardwired any more to Courier Base -1p,
although that is still the default.
