ContentsPlace problem

Hi all,

I have made a custom Document, with the table of content enable, and I 
get the following warning:
  22,1: no @ContentsPlace precedes or follows this 
@ContentsPlace&&foll_or_prec
Of course there is no toc in the ouput. What have I missed in my 
document?
