Np problem.  Follow the usual instructions to make a copy
of the "book" setup file called "mybook".  As usual, change
various options within "mybook" to suit your situation, but
also change

    @SysInclude { bookf }

near the top of the file to

    @Include { mybookf }

Then copy file bookf in the library directory to file mybookf
in the document directory and change mybookf.
