I have added a notice and link to the new site on main wiki page.

Disabling mediawiki causes the link from Google to land on an empty page. But given time, I suppose Google will scrub the entry. Let me know if you want to completely disable the wiki.

On the SF summary page, I have changed the project site to point to savannah.
