Required: lout Debian maintainer

Fellow louters,

Lout needs you.

The former maintainer of lout for Debian has sadly passed away, leaving 
it at version 3.39 behind.

While 3.40 is still fresh from the press, a new maintainer is required, 
especially as Debian is the basis for many derivative Linux 
distributions to get the latest and greatest lout.
