Hi Josef,

If you want to use the same toolchain component versions as the e300c3
toolchain then you should use the classic architecture PowerPC toolchain
for the e300c1 core:
http://www.bitshrine.org/gpp/tc-fsl-x86lnx-ppc-nptl-4.0.2-3.i386.rpm

Also there are later versions of the toolchains available that will be
uploaded to the gpp in the near future,
