[Ltib] mpc8349itx cuImage build error

Using the latest CVS code, I ran into an error trying to build the
configuration config/platform/mpc8349itx/defconfig.  When building the
kernel, it could not find the file
arch/powerpc/boot/cuImage.mpc8349emitxgp, even though in my configuration
I did not have a check in the selection

[ ] use cuImage boot capability

In order to get around this, I had to comment out the lines

#config SYSCFG_BOOT_KERNEL
#    string
#    default "arch/powerpc/boot/cuImage.mpc8349emitxgp"

in the file config/platform/mpc8349itx/main.lkc
