[Ltib] %MEM column of top command is wrong

Subject: [Ltib] %MEM column of top command is wrong

At some point while I've been updating LTIB and various software, the %MEM column of the 'top' command became about 10 times larger than it should be.  Has anyone seen this before/know how I can fix it?
