[Ltib] Can't get: dev-1.1.tar.gz at ./ltib line 790. + LTIB

Hi All,

I am trying to build my rootfs through LTIB. I enabled "static device files" 
options for creation of device nodes. Also I added my own device nodes in 
ltib/bin/device_table.txt and want to be this device nodes as a part of rootfs.
But I am getting the following errors:

Processing: dev
=================
Build path taken because: no prebuilt rpm,
Testing network connectivity
No network download connection available

Can't get: dev-1.1.tar.gz at ./ltib line 790.


f_buildrpms() returned an error, exiting

Also I have internet connection intact and I find  dev-1.1.tar.gz is missing 
from LPP(/opt/freescale/pkgs).

How to resolve this issue.
