Hi Zahidul,

Your network configuration is not working correctly, LTIB needs to
download dev-1.1.tar.gz and it is unable to do so.

Do you need a proxy or something else?

To test your network, try:

$ wget http://bitshrine.org/gpp/dev-1.1.tar.gz

If that works, then LTIB should too.
