Hi Kareem,

There's some notes here: http://ltib.org/documentation-developers
which basically says to make your changes and then to submit a diff -u
against a recent CVS to the mailing list for review.  You don't need to
send the upstream tarball, just a link.  If you need to modify the
package, please submit patch(es) against the pristine too.
