Please use your real human name (apologies if it really is wolfking), I find people hiding their identity a bit disturbing.
  • Please post actual output of the error so we can see what is going on.
    • /opt/ltib/usr/bin/rpm -qa
    • ./ltib --hostcf -p edje
  • You don't need the .spec to build packages unless the package is not mapped in the config system, or if it's an ambiguous match

Hi Stuart:
  Thanks for your reply!
I tried the steps you noted in the previous mail. Unfortunately, I can't find the file edje_cc under the directory "/opt/ltib/usr/bin/". The build has the same error. Any other suggestion?
In the previous mail, you told me to run "./ltib --hostcf -p edb", should the "edb" be "edb.spec"? It there any difference between the two? Anyway I also run  "./ltib --hostcf -p edb.spec", the build doesn't succeed either.
The reason I run "./ltib Chostcf -p eet.spec" (not "./ltib --hostcf -p eet.spec"), is that I read this on the maillist: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/ltib/2009-02/msg00064.html. Any difference between the two?
By the way, my host linux is fedora 9 for x86.
