[Ltib] Problem with rpm-4.0.4.tar.gz md5sum check

Hi,

I am an issue with rpm-4.0.4.tar.gz check while installing ltib on my ubuntu-12.10. I am trying to compile ltib which is embedded in  L2.6.35_11.09.01_ER_source_bundle.tar.gz provided by freescale at http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=IMX53_SW&parentCode=IMX53QSB&fpsp=1 under i.MX53 Linux Source Code link.

But interestingly, output of the following commands is

The md5sum matches here with the files given in pkgs directory. My understanding is that there is no problem with my download.

Could someone give me any hints to resolve this problem. Please let me know if any other information is required.
