Hi Krisna,

There's something wrong with the BSP, your output shows it's trying to
download from Freescale's internal repository and failing, it not be
trying to download anything, it should just be using the area you found:
~/imx53/linux/source/L2.6.35_11.09.01_ER_source/pkgs/.

If you look at the error it's complaining about a file in /tmp/..:

Bottom line, you need to talk to Freescale and see if they can explain
what's wrong with their BSP.
