Follow-up Comment #14, task #14128 (project lwip):

Simon,

I can add the LWIP_ to TCP_ABC and TCP_ABC_LIMIT.

Did you have any thoughts on the defaults for those settings?  I figure for
new features maybe they should be off by default.  There is evidence that
other stacks have this particular feature on by default (see netbsd
investigation)
