I don't know how easy it is it us, but since it seems you're using
Majordomo for the list, you may want to look at MHonArc.
(http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/mhonarc.html) That's what Great
Circle Associates seems to be using to convert their Majordomo-* mailing
lists.
