The comments in function etharp_output() refer to the above function, but 
it apparently no longer exists.  It used to be that etharp_output_sent(); 
needed to be called to free up the pbuf used for the arp request.  If this 
is no longer needed, then perhaps the comment should be updated to 
indicate what should be done with a non-null returned packet.
