[lwip-users] two regressions in 0.7.1 to 0.7.2 release candidate

Hello,

up to now two regressions were reported in 0.7.2 (compared to 0.7.1) by 
Christiaan Simons:

inet.c / inet_ntoa() -- temp automatic variables (u8_t) did not 
necessarely match return value type char.

ip_addr.h / struct netif; -- forward declaration no longer needed
(clashed with other).

I have tried to fix those and moved the STABLE-0_7_2 tag to the
supposedly fixed files.
