Because that would imply the contrib modules are fully up-to-date with
the API changes in lwIP.
They aren't yet. I am to blame for the c16x/cs8900 port being not
up-to-date yet.
Contributors should tag their sub directory with STABLE-1_0_0 when they
tested their code, and I could release an up-to-date contrib soon.
