[lwip-users] how to build chargen.c project under linux

I tried to build chargen.c and make it run under linux. I only have limited knowledge about how to create a Makefile correctly. I went through the past mail list and found someone had built successful. But he/she doesn't say how to build it.

Could anyone give me direction how to do that?
