how can i configure the arp timeout and rate?
I'm using lwip 1.2.0 and as i see it now, when i try to connect to a non
exist remote computer, the software sends every 2 seconds two ARPs with
100ms difference, and it fails only after 18 seconds.
I really need much shorter timeout.
