I submitted this patch sometime ago fixing issues with ne-trad and ne-rom. I am not sure if I followed correct procedure for this (I am sorry am new to this) can somebody please accept or comment on the comment on this.

I have added missing characters and fixed misplaced ones. I have attached the patches for changes made. Please review and accept these changes.
