After connecting to the core I get one big options message like this one

client_name->fyrpyg
gui_port->4001
http_port->4080
telnet_port->4000
...(more)...

1 3790 #[136 0 11 0 99 108 105 101 ...(more)...]

Then after some time I get just about every second an options message with 
only the client_ip option in it:

2.02_6 seems to have the same behaviour.
