Log message:
        BUGFIX: Using static variables in validate functions for event_handled
        management was a really bad idea and a shortcut. Now this is implemented
        with event_handled flags in objects. If monit cannot read a disk, e.g.
        a cdrom it will only send one alert not alerts all the time if you 
monitor
        more than one disk.
