That's in net.venge.monotone.botan (and matt.mto.test.botanhead).  

I don't know what the current head of net.venge.monotone on off.net
is; personally I also pull from joel.rosdahl.net, too (key at
http://joel.rosdahl.net/monotone.key).  Head of that is (right now,
5d690756c447126583e42d0d8b58c9d2c87445c9, or
net.venge.monotone/jmmv/2004-12-19T22:06:08).
