After following the instructions at
    http://www.venge.net/monotone/self-hosting.html
I typed:
    monotone --db=~/etc/monotone/monotone.db 
--branch=net.venge.monotone  checkout head monotone-src

It gave me:
monotone: expanding selection 'head'
monotone: expanded to '2645f7a4b96489ad0d10a94d83da4420d86592c3'

I would expect this to check out the head of branch "net.venge.monotone".
