I changed the protocol version late last night, just before the release, 
to force everyone to stop, ask, and go through the correct upgrade 
procedure. a little bit of work is required, and I want to make sure 
everyone does it.

if you are an existing user, and you want to move to 0.16, please 
download one of the release snapshots (or at minimum, edit constants.cc 
and change netcmd_current_protocol_version to 3), *and* follow the 
procedure outlined in

  http://www.venge.net/monotone/README.rebuild

it's important that you flush your database of old, bad revs, otherwise 
venge.net will crash (and restart, harmlessly) every time you contact us 
trying to push old, bad revs to the server.
