Actually, this is another reason not to like the recursive h: idea;
h:foo becomes ambiguous between the head of branch foo, and h:(b:foo)
= the revision that has a branch cert containing the string foo and no
descendents with branch certs containing the string foo.  Which would
be all wrong.
