Well, this would need some hacking. My backend only delivers revision numbers,
timestamps, commit-messages and so on, while the general layout and wording
comes from Trac itself.
Two options here: Creating new (modified) page templates (much effort for
exchanging only one word, at least currently) or trying to convince the Trac
people to rename Changeset to Revision (well, go ahead ;-) ).
