[Monotone-devel] Summit update -- 1 month to go!

Well, holidays are done, and it's officially less than a month until
the summit starts, so now's a good time to get more details worked out
:-).

I've just rearranged the wiki pages a bunch more. Mostly, the front
page table is now just a list of attendees with a space for cell phone
numbers (so we know how to get in touch with each other when things
are confusing), and there are a bunch more pages split out to
coordinate particular things:

  http://venge.net/monotone/wiki/MtnSummit/Schedule
  http://venge.net/monotone/wiki/MtnSummit/Rooms
  http://venge.net/monotone/wiki/MtnSummit/Funding

If you haven't bought airplane tickets yet (like me!), then now is
really the time! When you do, you should put your arrival/departure
on the schedule:
  http://venge.net/monotone/wiki/MtnSummit/Schedule

If you don't have a room to sleep in yet (has _anyone_ booked a hotel
room yet?), then now is also really the time! We _must_ book rooms by
January 20 to get the special rate, which is like 2 weeks away! To
make it easier to figure out roommates and all that, there is a page
to coordinate:

I need to make reservations for transportation soon, as well, so it is
useful to have a good head-count. So, if you are currently marked
with a question mark on the main page as not sure whether you're
attending, the sooner you can confirm one way or the other the more
helpful that is to me :-).

And speaking of transportation, we need 2-3 (or more) people to drive
everyone back and forth from the hotel everyday, and if you can be one
of these people, i.e., are:
  -- age 25 or older
-- legal to drive in the US (IIUC if you are legal to drive at home
you are probably legal to drive in the US)
then you should let me know, so we can figure out the rental stuff.
(The rental company will want to know who is going to drive the
vehicles before they let us rent them.)
