[Monotone-devel] default-execute branch

Hi,
  I've propagated the default-execute branch to the main n.v.m  
branch locally.  Assuming it checks out ok, I'll push soon.

  This is a warning to everyone that drop, mv, pivot_root, rename  
and rm will all have immediate effect in trunk from now on.
