Speaking of this, I am *still* surprised that the wiki only has
Graydon's proposal.  One reason I haven't looked into the different
proposals is that the information is so spread out, and it's a bit of
a pain to search through my email to find the proposals yet again.

I know, I'm lazy.  So be it.  But I guess I'll have to try again.
