[Monotone-devel] In preparation for the next release: Fill in NEWS!

Hi,

so, I'm considering making a new release (0.35) some time next week or
so, preferably before the end of April [0].  This is a good time to
fill in a little bit of news in the NEWS file if you have any.

[0] we celebrate some kind of variant of Mainhaim in the evening of
    April 31st in Sweden, and it would be nice not to have a release
    looming after that, as that's an emotional time for me, especially
    this year.  And no, it's not about my period ;-).
