Lapo, if you do manage to get the win32 buildbot working, could you
write-up your HOWTO on the monotone wiki?  Perhaps it'll lower the
barrier of entry for other Windows users or those who might want to
help monotone, but don't care to increase their windows-foo
substantially, like myself.  I have a box at work that does little
other than Office apps and take up space.  Might as well put it to
good use.
