Just another quick update, if I actually catch stdout (e.g. by
redirecting it to a file), I do get the output in the file.  Kelly said
that that sounded like a familiar problem, but I'm not getting any hits.
I'm actually working on a wrapper using the automate interfaces so it's
a requirement that I actually capture stdout, so this probably isn't a
huge problem for me, but let me know if there's anything I should have a
look at.
