I was actually referring to the fact that I had to find out for myself where
I had to create the 'write-permissions' and 'read-permissions' files. The
official tutorial only quotes the directory ^/.monotone ....and that's not
what you have in Windows....hence came my doubts.

Maybe...I'll have to ask him: anyway, I had what I was looking for. I just
needed a brief confirmation of the steps we took. Thanks.

Well, he said he had the "unable to connect" message....so I guess he
probably didn't specify the port himself....
