AFAIK there weren't any recent string changes / additions, so my picture 
of a fresh pull and update looks like this:

fr.po: 753 translated messages, 176 fuzzy translations, 179 untranslated 
messages.
ja.po: 592 translated messages, 239 fuzzy translations, 277 untranslated 
messages.
pt_BR.po: 756 translated messages, 150 fuzzy translations, 202 
untranslated messages.
...

Have you any changes in your POTFILES.in on your local machine?
