1.11 is a development branch and not currently supported by monotone.
However, we should eventually support the upcoming 1.12 stable branch of
botan, so I encourage you to share your work.

Uh.. I'm sorry I don't quite get the question, here.

If you created the branch by committing a whole revision, it should be
sufficient to kill the revision, locally. Otherwise, just the branch cert.
