Well....  First: you are too late with that comment, you should
have commented when the binding of wherewas to ^Q was proposed:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/nano-devel/2017-09/msg00065.html.

Second: it doesn't make any sense.  You are okay with binding
M-Q to findprevious but then you want ^Q to do quitall?  Where
is the logic in that?
