Here it is. Attached and rebased to master. Definitely PoC quality but
works reasonably well for most cases.

There are some known bugs, but they all seem easy to fix:
  - There is a click event when mouse is released after drag.
  - The events are handled when in file browser mode.
  - There maybe some rounding error when dragging the bar too far on a
too big file.

Now, what is your opinion on my approach?
