Details:

Just installed 3.6.4 after uninstalling 3.6.1. If I start it with the desktop
icon it starts in a very few seconds ( great! ) with no error messages and
works but it's using 100% of the CPU doing nothing! 
If I start Octave from a command prompt it takes 40 seconds to start but no
hogging it . Also I get the following:

warning: dx does not seem to be present some functionalities will be disabled
warning: function
C:\pgms\Octave\Octave3.6.1_gcc4.6.2\share\octave\packages\statistics-1.1.0\fstat.m

Had a couple of crashes, the one below while running the attached km.m;
usually it's OK.
