Follow-up Comment #4, bug #41453 (project octave):
I've tried to solve the issue introducing a feasible manner. I am not aware of
a way to invoke an m function from a C++ file, that is the scenario I was
facing. If such kind of trick can be done, then "norm" can be fixed easily.
Otherwise that would require to rewrite svds in C++.
